I'm not going to post it as some of you might have thin skin.
But if you want to see a .50 cal fail spectacularly then go and look at Kentucky Ballistics channel, but be aware you do get to see some graphic horrific injuries.

Saw the video yesterday, he was very lucky to survive that failure. I've never liked the threaded cap on the firing chamber (I know it's not a rational thought) in case the cap does come off.

I was always paranoid when I was loading my own ammunition that I would either overload the cartridge or mix up my powders (never did in the thousands of rounds I reloaded), saw a failure at the range once (not that serious, no injuries just material damage) where pistol powder was used in a rifle cartridge, the rifle didn't like it.

Also seen a near miss where someone missed putting the powder into the cartridge for an underlever repeater. This caused the primer to send the bullet about 6 inches down the barrel causing a nice blockage, fortunately they were taking aimed shots at the time and had plenty of thinking time to realise that the shot didn't feel right. Had they been speed shooting I think it would have been a nasty accident.

 

These skits had me and the missus in tears earlier.
