    Managed to get a new PC (only way to get a new GPU these days.
    What are the best 4k mods for follout 4? Make my 3080rtx and 8 core CPU cry!

    Considering most don't have a 3080 to game this won't be the goal of companies at any point in time soon. They want to get games to run on most machines and right now most machines don't have that.
