Hello folks I'm after a bit of advise, never too proud to ask for help.

I've got an 11600K here that will run 2x 8GB 3200MHz fine, memtest 0 issues, boot to windows and work perfectly.

    I got a good deal on a 32GB kit of the same RAM but 2x 16GB @ 3200Mhz.

PC boots / passes memtest with 1x 16GB 3200MHz DIMM in running at 3200Mhz but won't post at 3200MHz with both sticks in.

The other stick is the same, boots fine @ 3200MHz, its just if you fit both 16GB DIMMS it refuses to post at 3200MHz...but will work fine @ JDEC of 2400MHz.

Answers on a post card please folks, the RAM is on the QVL list for the board, its a B560 Tomahawk WiFi & i5 11600K.

    Thanksssss

Have you tried any mem speeds in-between those or just those two? Normally I'd gues at the memory controller not being able to handle the extra, but maybe the timings are too tight at the higher speed to be stable.

I'd go with upping your VCCIO Memory Controller voltage as a starting point.

Bit more voltage for the memory itself too maybe. And like BtB said, try some lower speeds, slacken the timing. Treat it like a cpu overclock, start at 2400 with manually set timings at whatever xmp sets and bump it up the speed a notch at at time, adjusting voltage and timing when it won't post.
