Thanks a lot! Next I started to put the hardware into the mod. GPU was also set up for the water cooling. Then the rest of the tubes were set into place. I needed a new cover below the motherboard to get the tubes down to the radiators. I cut a new panel from acrylic and designed a circuit board like pattern that I put over the silver/black painted acrylic sheet. Then I made a quick leak test. Then it was time to combine the outer shell with the case itself.
Its funny that the first part I built for the mod is actually the last one that I show in the worklog. What was now missing are the fan covers for the radiator fans. I designed them to look like the head plugs from the movie. I used the same cold cast technique as for all the other parts. I needed 9 covers in total, so I cast 10 just to be on the save side. After the weathering, they were attached to the radiators. Another three of the covers were attached to the top side of the case. Last, I changed the color of the fans to green and prepared the displays with some digital rain animations.
It's not my fav mod of yours but as always you build @ such a pro level your work never fails to impress
Hard to top a room-sized X-Wing with all the bells and whistles. No one has done a Warhammer Imperial battleship yet... Just saying. How much space do you have?
The Idea of going into the Warhammer Gothic fleet design of things already circulates in my head for quite some time. Or a Dune related mod. Have two other mods to finish and then we will see
