'snacks' ? I don't snack, and here's why: My mum trained as a chef and started work as one, then changed her mind and decided to become a teacher, teaching home economics and then later on, food technology. As a result, all our meals at home are properly balanced, and she refuses to buy 'junk food', basically anything that can be snacked on Hence, I don't eat crisps, chocolate, crackers, whatever... even when i'm not at home, and could snack on such food! So... the closest thing to a snack around here is probably fruit.
And that RTT, is the secret to a longer life. But junk food tastes so much better than a balanced meal
Re: 'snacks' ? And that explains why you were bragging about the Indian takeaway you had last night as well? 'Properly balanced' I'm sure My snack food atm has to be Doritos....mmmmm.
Re: 'snacks' ? Is it this strict diet and physical conditioning that keeps the bit-tech forum running 24/7?
