    £728 on OCUK. B grade.

I'm limited with my home set up. I currently have a 2080Ti Kingpin in there, and it has a 240 rad. Problem is anything I replaced it with would need to be the same. You can't run an air cooled card in the rig (case is WC only) and thus this was the card I have had my eye on since launch. Not at £1200 though.

It's less than a 3080, and faster in what I want it for. It also OCs like mad apparently.

The brand name sounds like the noise it would make when accidentally lopping off a limb

    Finally bought a card.

Sapphire RX6800 from CEX for £515.

Been waiting ages for the prices to drop to somewhere that is almost palatable.

Edit - just found out they have sent it before 1pm next day for free.

    The dumbest thing I have no use for, but apparently valued higher than about twenty Euro;

Yes. That is a single switch board just for ISO enter keys. No, I don't know why either.

Edit: Bit of an update. I bought this from 42keebs while shopping for something else entirely. I made a booboo with my order, because I'm great at mathematics - But Pete there is a top bloke and sorted it all out for me.

Based on my experience with them I'd be comfortable pointing people there. A little bit of a niche collection of products in my estimation, but I'm hardly a keyboard guru so might be more normal to some folks.

I would surmise that mining is now dodo-ed. I can buy a 3090 FE on ebay for £900.

    Good.

    A Mikrotik Cloud Switch CSS326-24G-2S+RM

Because the 8-port Unifi is too few ports. But PoE injectors are doing sweet FA in my power cable box, so it makes no sense to me to bother with a PoE switch for one PoE device.

And an entirely unnecessary SFP cable for the router-switch connection because.. Both have SFP ports, so.. Why not.

Yeah it's deffo inner child stuff.

Problem is it needs to host two 240 aios with fans on. Most cases have a 240 rad mount in the roof, but not enough height for anything but fans.

I've got a whole f ton of hardware going in, so the price was definitely right.

That is so true, enough room for either a rad OR fans, then you hit the top of the motherboard or CPU power cables.

Yup. That extra 30mm usually pushes you into full tower and that means £200+.

I got it for £99. Has some marks apparently but I'm happy enough with that. I can either touch it up (fnarr) or just leave it. Probably the latter.

I think it was the review unit that Kitguru had from AWD IT. Melissa who did videos for BT reviewed it.
