As for the booze, I can’t even seem to give half of that away. None of the whisky is even open and must have been sat there (or in situ in other homes) in cases as long as a decade…

Beers though.. I could be tempted by a couple of Belgium beers ready for the summer months

Finally I can say goodbye to my previous estate agent.

The deposit finally came through and after all the hassle it makes me just over two months down of unpaid rent. I'll take that. Sure there's another £4K or so on doing it up since he left but he left.

Now just to wait for the sale to go through (with my new better estate agent) and I'll finally say goodbye to the whole thing.

Ramipril. Wasn’t expecting such a drastic impact, but damn. Over the course of about 2 weeks my blood pressure has gone from about 145-150ish systolic to around 130-135ish.

I’ve got a follow-up blood test this week and then a follow-up face to face with the doc in about a month. Once I’ve had the blood test results back I think it’ll be time to talk to the psychiatrist’s office about ADHD meds again.

 

Aye, it's good stuff man. I could immediately tell the difference. Felt so much better, less stressed and no whooshing in my ears.

 

Fiesta ST went in for its 4 year service/MoT on Sat which all went well until we had to collect it.

It has an oil leak from the front of the engine and both rear shocks are weeping (MoT advisory). Quoted £1600 to repair (Parts + labour estimated at 5 hours) but would have been covered under warranty due to it being a known issue (2019 car).

Now that is the bad bit, the good bit is we took out an extended warranty (Ford Protect) when we bought the car last year so the above is all covered
