Well it was about time i made my logg here.
After reading and peaking on other constructions i started my work a week ago.

    - I like to thank : G-nome & P_R_I_M_E for the inspiration of this -

    - The goal -
A total silver colourd computer !

    - To get from shops -
    * Heatcore : DONE - pure copper colourd in silver
    * Watertank : DONE - true ghetto style in silver colour
    * Case : Got one still ugly
    * Tubing - got to paint them or somthing
    * Blocks : Got CPU & GPU but have to get them colourd as well.
*date on the pics are wrong*

    Case dont know yet !

    And then ?
Well i got my hands of a heatcore from a VOLVO and it is HUGE ! ugly copper colour got to paint it to silver. A plastic lemonade bucket got to be my watertank and after spraying them this is the result.

I got them hooked up with my zalman block and my DD Graphic blcok into a setup with a Eheim1048.

My two blocks i got !

This was done to se if the water flow was fine in this setup, the tubes are perfekt to fit in the case later on.

A look inside the tank on the water flow !

Well this little work took me over 7days to do !
I got kids to feed and little time but i work on with this day by day so stay tuned it is week end and xmas soon so atfer new year i may have somthing goodie to show or sooner.

Very cool, I love the heater core, those old ones from cars apparently work really well, but did you say you painted it? That could reduce its effectiveness.

[ FlashPanHunter ] Yes i painted it and i use a thermal heat paint so i belive that should not reduce the effectiveness a lot.

[ Bildonia ] yepp that's the idea, combinations of style and ghetto

    Watercooling update !

The watercooling is up and running thats why im back !
The motherboard sensor shoed off 250+ C on CPU :jawdrop:

Well quick modding and got a external house sensor connected and this is now better temps !

No fans on the heatcore !

    Room temp : 24C ( 74 F )
CPU Temp : Load 4-10% normal surf load 32C (88F)

    well good or bad ?

All parts are on the table and NO FANS on the motherboard or nothing ! The reservoar has room of 2 Liter and thats used in the system of liquid !

    Comp setup !

    CPU : XP2200+ watercooled
    Ram : 512 DDR PC2100 no cooling
    GFX : FX5200U watercooled

next update after xmas with the start of case construction !

How long was the system sitting at idle with those 'no fan' temps? How long was the pump running before you fired it up?

I ask because those temps seem somewhat low if the coolant was already up to idle temperature. Getting coolant up to idle temp can take a few HOURS, and 2 litre is roughly what I run in my loop. It took 4 hours for it to come up to idle temp.

But its amazing what a small breeze through your radiator can do ;) That's why a WC rig is so darn quiet.

    December 25-26 UPDATE !

havn't done much it has been xmas but after the kids got to sleep i started to work with 220V power !
To bad i have beer around but what the hell!
I got my hand on a Compressor that im going to add to this work !
To get it stated was priorty 1 but 3beer later and a playing lotto on the connections in the power box i got it alive !

    The Compressor
    [IMG]

This compressor has OIL that has to be cooled som this is the basic idea i am going to add to the two piped you se are in the bottom of the compressor.
A tube spring is going to be added to the OIL so the compressor it self dont get hot !

Well back after New Year with more updates !

Man that is some cool Shizzle you got there. I like ghetto mods cuz they are cheap and usually are the most fun and challenging to do.

    Keep up the good work!
