    Very nice indeed.

If you could get it all wireless it would be neat to hack a UPS and put that on a trailer behind it. Though the limiting factor would be weight, and any appreciable time running would have a pretty heavy ups.

Well here is a quick update.

I got the Hummer Back together and tested it to make sure the remote still worked made a short vid for it so check this out.

You can right click on these and save them to your drive might work better as they are about 6 mb each not the greatest quality but should give you an idea..

The Vid of it Driving Around

Here is a little teaser of the lights got the blue lighting done but still have some finishing work to do on it.

Here is the vid of the Lighting

I will be posting some more pics in the next few days just have to get my other comp back running had to do some work on it.

well enjoy and thanks for all the positive support on this mod has made the job that much more enjoyable.

Nice, now if only you could tighten up the turning circle a bit :p. And yeah, grab a picture of something we could use as a size refferance next to the hummer (like the wireless keyboard, or the hummer driving over the wireless keyboard).

looked at taking the casing off of the reciever but it really isn't much smaller then the case.

Don't forget this is still a work in progress i think i might just mount it to the roof from the inside will get it out of the way as well will not see it to much.

here is a pic to give you an idea of the size this is my other comp it is water cooled with a peltie so cpu runs at a nice -10c The case is a lian li PC75

Now thats a big RC. And btw, your other computer looks nice. And yes, definately mount the wireless mouse/keyboard module to the roof (underside).

I seen some mini cold cathode tubes that are 14cm long I think.

    That would be awesome.

Love the mod so far, great idea, thats one big a$$ RC. The under lighters are really obviously LEDs, might wana try some kind of defusion to make the seperate beams of light seem more like one long line. And where was you driving that around, at a LAN? Looked liked quite a lot of monitors around :S.

    Great project, mod on

Lol use fan guards and grilles.

But seriously, the money you'd spend buying an RC that huge, you might as well buy a nice full tower case and add wheels and motors and such

yeah, you right... around 250 at radio shack... but still would be cool. But I do like the adding wheels and stuff to a full tower case... Would be funny to see, and somewhat pointless. Since it would fall over quite easily.
