Modding cpu to power button

    is there any way to mount a dilapidated CPU on the outside of the case to become the power button?? it seems like a good idea...

    Use a hot glue gun and put a dab on the cpu then place it on the switch. It'll be raised quite a bit from the normal switch but would work.

    like he said, it would be as simple as mounting the old cpu to the switch.

    my power switch is sunk into the case a bit and there is a bit of plastic surrounding it. i suppose i could sand it down flush with the power button or cut some material out and then attach the cpu?
