    Update #6

    Okay Update #6

Okay, today i did some light work.

Okay first step, make tray for motherbaord tray.
So i first cut up a peice a alu to fit the box.
But the farking thing wouldn't fit.
    http://www.hamlesh.com/~publicgallery/public_gallery/frame_011
So i put it in my workbeach to be filed.
    http://www.hamlesh.com/~publicgallery/public_gallery/frame_012
    http://www.hamlesh.com/~publicgallery/public_gallery/frame_013
    Which didn't do enough.
    http://www.hamlesh.com/~publicgallery/public_gallery/frame_014
    http://www.hamlesh.com/~publicgallery/public_gallery/frame_015
So then i thought that wouldn't be enough and hacked it right, then filed it flush.
    http://www.hamlesh.com/~publicgallery/public_gallery/frame_016
The psu bay didn't seem to hae enough support so i cut a peice to support it and rivited it under the middle bar.
    http://www.hamlesh.com/~publicgallery/public_gallery/frame_017
I then mounted the esky in and there wasn't very much room left space.
    http://www.hamlesh.com/~publicgallery/public_gallery/frame_018
I then put the psu bay in and liked what i was seeing but, i need to cut a hole in the bay because my powersupply had an intake fan in the bottem of the psu.
    http://www.hamlesh.com/~publicgallery/public_gallery/frame_019
So after some marking up, cutting with the jig and then filing i ended up with a nice 80mm square.
    http://www.hamlesh.com/~publicgallery/public_gallery/frame_020
Tommorow im not sure what im gonna do but tonight Im gonna re do the plans with proper measurements since im getting the perspex panels cut.
