I'm part of the minority and majority, i use 95, 98, 98se, ME, 2000(&server editons), XP (pro corp :naughty:), and 2003. oh, and do not forget my smoothwall and debian comp. (still using modboot for installing anything for ME and downnwards :D) i used to use suse and redhat, but debian is the way for me.

Using Windows XP Pro, can't really see the point of using Linux myself.

Was using win 98 first edition from 95 and on Oct 11th, 2003 I made the jump to XP Pro. I've always said how much I hated XP's ugly look. But with a few settings changed and such. It’s pretty descent. Far less errors, and restarts.

[edit]And just for fun, longhorn alpha just to check it out.[\edit]

At home I ran Win 98 until november last year. But at work we used either Win NT4 or Win2k. I bought a laptop recently and got XP pro to go with it. Not sure if I like the new XP look yet. It is a bit telly tubbies for me, but I'm still looking for a good theme.

Do you guys know any good sites for themes? (yes I did check internet and google, but I didnt like what I saw)...

I've at some point in my life, prolly like most, used all of the Microsoft OS', and am at the current point where im not liking Win2k Pro OR XP. Is it really worthwhile switching to Linux? I've heard good things, but never known anyone near me that uses it, so i've never tried it.

there are some bad things about it like it does not have the feel of windows and you need lots of extra programs that microsoft do in one
but it is faster and is ment to be safer

I wish I could go back and change my vote. I made the move to linux a week or two ago. I formatted my windows partition, just like I do every other week or so, it installed just fine, reboots to go to the windows setup junk, "ntoskrnl.exe not found" Right off the bat! Right then and there I knew it was time, busted out the collegelinux CD and went to work...
Haven't had a (serious) problem yet.
