If you've ever seen a mod that really impressed you or seemed to be full of cool/original ideas, or one that was "thinking outside of the box," post a link or picture here. I do this in the hopes that this thread might become a source of inspiration to other modders who have just begun and have no idea of the possibilities. So, for an obvious example, I'll link to the Orac3 part4 with its chrome goodness and excellent use of shower heads. As well as Zapwizard's famous radioactive ammo pc case full of more green glowing than Stephen King's Tommyknockers.
It may be in german but I have yet to see a case that rivals this one http://www.explosion-zone.ch/ Not really a mod but still extremely awesome http://www.eppenga.com/ 4 of the best I've ever seen http://www.thebestcasescenario.com edit: fixed some spelling
Saw it a while ago, but someone posted a pic to this Fallout-styled case, all rusted finished, with analog dials and readouts. looked aweseome.
Not really a MOD but extremely cool. (I have one mounted in one of my mounted drive bay) And you thought your PC was small
check the All-Plexi Keyboard in my sig.. even though its not finished yet.. is one of the coolest modds in my opinion
Well im surprised noone mentioned www.mnpctech.com he's got some of the most original stuff out there!!!!
Hey! speaking of the keyboard. How's it going with that? now then back on topic.... How about these? VesperDeco HTPC by eddie the dane Macro Black by macroman Y2K Bug by mashie
i know i was joking one of the main resons i did the breifcase was the cse was 10 times cheaper then a proper case, and personaly i don think its that bad for a a 13 year olds first ever mod, having no experience whats so ever edit: the one in that link is being clsified as top secret and secret agent like its clear!!! im sure people will know what it is
Personally I have no favourites. I'm was never a big fan of clear cases, such as the orac 3. The case that modders that inspired me the most are Asmordean from pheatonforums, and mashie with his anenome project. Also I occasionaly look at zap's wiring for some inspiration
