    This may help

    http://www6.tomshardware.com/motherboard/20040112/memory_performance-11.html

Whilst it doesn't apply specifically to the RAM in question, it does indicate that your chosen MoBo is one of the more fussy ones. Plus... it's an interesting article

trying to follow the pc on "the screen savers" the UGM 8.0 they used a 3400+ and a neo board just like the ones i showed they used this ram

Corsair TwinX1024-3200LLPRO and it worked great i checked the msi ram compatibility and i'm not really sure, a single dimm 3200 was on the list it was real similiar to the one i posted just not in a dual ddr package, i still need some help though..

this is the OCZ ram supported
    OCZ 400 256 EL
    OCZ 400 256 EL DCPE-

    Corsair:CMX256A-3200C2 XMS 3200 V1.1

looks like i'm going with the Dual Channel Platinum ram, since the place i shop at doesn't have the others.
