Modding VFD + Lian Li = whee :D

    Alllllllllllright..
    So I got my VFD and had my Lian Li and thought "mmh, using the usual faceplates of course sucks. Make yer own ffs!"

    And that's what I did, made my own faceplate for the VFD.
    Here you go (pictures are hosted on port 1027 so enable that port if necessary):

    Oh I forgot:

    This is not blooooo at all.
    The cam made it look bloo.
    But I will soon add the bloo filter and then make some "sunlight-shots".

    Industrial lookin with the screw-heads showing :) But by far better than the standard stuff that's available.

    Ive got a VFD mount coming up very soon, when I can get my hands on a line bender (of the plastic type) :D

    Very nice, I was wondering exaclty how you had done that, and if both of the bays on either side are still useable. I have ordered a VFD and plan on doing to wiht my Lian Li PC 60 I have been busy working on my info/lightcenter... (ill post an explanation later).     Twisted - take a look here

    This is my VFD, and I have piccies showing how it's mounted etc. Should give you some ideas on how to do your own.

    Firewars - aren't VFD brilliant! :D

    Needs some blue gel sheet though ;)
