Hmm, good plan with the cases.

I think the case would look a lot better with a coat of paint. it's a bit ordinary at the moment ('cept for the unearthly red glow! lol) and i'm assuming you live in southampton uk? well if so then halfords do some really good paint and even that cool two-tone effect from the tvr tuscan.

I also think that the windowed side panel would look better than the full plexi window. Don't know why, just think it looks generally better.

    Well done! :thumb:

Yeah, but the beige is a bit plain, but its a nice looking case (imo!)

I've 7-Volted the fans, so the glow is a bit less... but still there :hehe:

Not sure whats gonna happen next. Need to think about it some...

Bit of an update (at long last)

Basically i've decided to paint the case white, to match my room. This can be seen in the first pic.

I used a bit of wood to mock up a side pannel, and then cut the window design i had in mind into it, what do you think? :thumb:

I also cut out those stamped fan grills, it had to be done!

Glad to hear you cut out those stamped fan grills. That was the first thing I thought you needed to do when I saw your case. Keep us posted with more pics...

I think its going to go all white, cos that matches my room. Am very tempted to go with blue light inside tho... :hip:

Have access to a viynl cutter at college so maybe will experiment with some flames and stuff? :thumb:

Looks pretty good but looks like the window could do with a little clean up arround the fan? Maybe round the top right edge of that fan off a bit ?

Side pannel painted white... Window fixed... Corner of fan section rounded... Mesh fitted to intake fan...

Next up, wire management, change to blue inside, top window, top pannel white...

Also got a bluetooth dongle, so it can now talk to my Siemens S55 :D

Man this can become 1 hell of a great mod if you paint it with gloss finish, get som cable mannagement, and maby cut out a 80mm fan hole in front and insert a fangrill :naughty:
