I am back I just got the computer runing today, i finish the pluming upgrade with a mayor disaster, my motherboard died , got new one today The 2 pumps are Super Quiet , temperatures on idle so far are on the 37c with 27c case temp, I just finish installing win xp again, i be posting some pictures soon. I see you have some sound dapining material over your hd/cd rack, what did you use to punch out the holes for the screws, did you just take it apart and drill it through or something else? -By the way, the case looks great, I'm epically partial to that corsair ram.
that was easy to do, I took the screws out, after i cut the foam to the rigth size, I started to install from top to bottom, with a small screw driver I made the holes and put back the screws with washers.
ah ok, going to home depot tomorrow to get some sound dampening material myself, my 5 80mm fans are getting the best of me..

Why is everyone hating on your temps ?? anywho the only problem I can see is that your radiators are set up upstream of your heat producing components. Im still not that knowledgable, been researching for a while, but wouldnt it make more sense to have the radiators after theyve absorbed some heat ( that way the water has a longer time to flow/cool off after the rads) anywho that case is sick, but your sound dampening material needs some work vynil composite A good price/performance is a vynil composite, it has the best of both worlds, a) vibration dampening B) sound absorbing Now if you really want to get serious id reccommend some car sound dampening material ( fatmat or dynamat) and some wedged studio sound proofing material. most expensive stuff out there Affordable stuff. probably works the same . this combination will give you THE Best performance home depot wont have what your looking for, trust me, try a guitar center or some place that sell musical/studio intruments still awesome case !
Yeah, lol found that out the hard way, went over to my local good guys, they had some dynamate, pricey stuff spent 40 and I would still like a bit more, so maybe in the future I'll check out that vynil composite stuff.

Well, it's the pressure that creates the flow, so pressure is every bit as important. In determining pump performance, max head (pressure) is far more important than max flow, since WC rigs are generally very restrictive (especially with multiple blocks) so the pump will always be working closer to its max head value than its max flow. This is why the MCP-600 performs so well despite its low max flow rating - it has a fantastic max head rating. Not sure how many 90deg bends you actually have, but I can see there are definitely two between the CPU and NB - have you tried just running a bend of tubing there instead of a straight section and the two elbow fittings? That would certainly help things.
That's not true. Home Depot and Lowes (and others) carry a product called Peal-N-Seal that is exactly the same as Dynamat. Alot of the HotRod guys use it instead of Dynamat because it is soooo much less expensive. Look for it in the Roofing section. It is in a Blue, Gray, and white Package (Roll). It is about the size of a small coffee can. You might have to look in the local Yellow pages under Roofing then Roofing Materials. It comes in 4'', 6'' and 9'' wide by 32' Save some money and stay away from the Dynamat...
