a status tft the only thing thats missing now is some stuff to cover the cuts on that thing..rubber trims or something like that.. ive already started my next briefcase lanbox mod with a build in 17" tft. will post some pics when it gets finished. crappy digicam.. t3h 0ld pics cdrom cover is still in work..
thats pretty damm sweet good job! i may be stupid...but why do you have a random led lit fan attached to the rear of the case?! i could think of any possible reason for it to be there... good job, lazychook
because the radiator of the watercoolingsystem is behind it. i want to get the heat --------------->oooout-----------> of my system, thats why it is there
damm that looks nice, what software are you running for that? also how is it connected, im guessing its not on a parrallel port
ahhh ok. good idea...but risky id be more worried about someone nocking the radiator and sending water everywhere, then the heat it would be creating...
ive tested it with a hammer... no problem here... and the system is absolutly closed, the pump is able to work in horizontal and vertical position, so i can lay my briefcase on its side. the customized 1/2 litre watertank is constructed to supply the system in both positions.
so it acts as a second monitor, cool. what resolution is this putting out? and if you dont mind, where did you get her?
yup, but it switches automaticly to main screen mode without monitor connected,so i can use it as mp3 server, or dedicated gameserver.. tv resolution is standard.. but it can handle 640x480 without problems, and 800x600 with some tweaking i got this one from ebay for 2$
Wow, I love that case. Fantastic attention to detail, it looks perfect. I love a well executed breifcase mod, and that one is great. I can't believe it is watercooled!
