    Great stuff!!!

Quick question though, whats the exact name for the purple paint you have used on the fan. Looks the daddy.

I want to use that colour for all my screws in the case, just to be a little different. I was thinking purple.. and that does look really nice.

Oh and subscribed to.. so when you do finally get the other side sorted etc, i can see what it looks like.

P.S if you had the front chromed.. OMFG!! that would look INSANE!!

    Keep it going mate :thumb:

Hmmm, seriously I think the purple just make a nice contrast on the front, maybe just the areas that are silver will look nice chromed, but the rest is better purple.

Can't wait to see the left side-panel! :thumb:

Beautiful job. Gotta agree with hokuem, keep the front painted, don't chrome it. 100% chrome'd be boring. It looks absolutely incredible now.

It's easy enough to polish those bits, so I'll do that first, but ultimately I'd like those silver bits chromed.
I had a friend who works at an automotive paint specialist mixed it up for me. We started with a purple metallic base, and added heaps of blue pearl. I tried to describe what I wanted as best I could, but I think we were a little off the mark. When I've made the external ducts on the windowed panel I'll use that to test some more colours. Probably a purple base with a purple pearl, maybe with a little white pearl. The best colour I've seen is a House of Kolors purple candy, but the price is way too much for a student :( If anybody is looking for an outstanding colour, any of their paints are awesome.

    Slow pics

I just found why your pics are so slow, it's not your host, it's your pics.

Some weights more than 1MB, and they are all in Bitmap! (I know the extension is .jpg, but right-click on them to save, you'll se they are in .bmp)

My host is definately not hosting more that 1.5MBs of files. I wonder if the right click save thing is Windows peculiarity? Can somebody else enlighten us?

That's IE being the naughty little devil it is, they are really jpgs, total size of 1.5mb.

For those having problems, I have copied the images to my personal webhost (http://yo-duh.whitesidefamily.net/breaker/). It should be a bit faster ;)

Nice work dude, I like it! I normaly hate xasers with a passion, but you're doing nice things with this one :thumb:

There's a fix to er.. fix that little problem. I think it requires you empty your Internet Cache folder and you should then be able to save jpg's as jpg's. It's detailed on the Microsoft KnowledgeBase somewhere (I did find it before but can't find it now!)

A chromed keyboard, now that would look different.. :thumb:
