im having trouble finding a good place to get my chassis chromed or nickel plated.... i would like to keep it relatively cheap (as cheap as i can) and i know nickel plating is cheaper but can achieve a good mirror finish.... does anyone know of a store that i could send a chassis to get chromed or nickel plated (a small chassis and not that much of it to get chromed) for sub-200? or at all??? ive sent 2 places for a quote but id just like to know if you guys got any secrets....
Try calling a custom bike/chopper shop and asking them where they do/if they do chroming. That, custom car places, and maybe ask around at a metal working place.
