yeah... when viewing the main page of bit-tech with mozilla, the "tech::headlines" graphic is messed up. mozilla draws a border around the graphic because it is clickable... just saw this, and thought that i'd comment on it
no problem... i'm running mozilla firefox .8 and i'm also having trouble with the post editor. The post editor (the grey area right after the "Message:" header is wider than its supposed to be, and its really annoying funny thing, i never thought that i'd be using a mozilla based browser on anything other than a nix system... but i'm lovin firefox... way better than M$ ie imho...
I'm guessing it's the same problem I had reported here. Think it only happens with resolutions of 1024 and below so most of us won't notice it.
Yeah, i havent tried it on anything other than 1024x768 because i've been using my (slightly older) laptop lately... but its still a problem RTT: I'll get that screeny asap
here it is: just noticed that when the window is maximised, the problem goes away... but it still shouldnt be like that..
ah, ok I know where the problem lies. *fixies* Any better? I can make my window quite slim before it starts to mess up now.
dosent seem to be any better here... oh, and that screwy issue with the border on the main page is still there too
works upto 887 px here, any less and goes screwy. I could re-order the smilies so that the wider ones such as appear on the [more] page, hence making the total width of the box even less.
well, seems as if thats up to you... its irritating that it does that, but its not a functionality issue.. so not too big a deal... that and if i wasnt using my laptop, i probably wouldnt have even seen it the border issue in the main page, however, just looks plain bad... border=0 right? shouldnt be too hard to fix [edit] do you know how to do a comment in sql?
