i going to make a box to put my hardwares, all other hardwares will place below the motherboard
my question is that which fan should be intake air and which should blow air out to make the best air flow

just have 2 outs and 1 intake....negative air pressure.

have the outtakes neaere things like PSUs and CPUs to exaught the hot air...have ann intake in that front socket....drawing is kinda hard to work out though.

first of all, a fan under the mobo is completely crap unless there are some heatsinks down there. you should probably have the fan that points to ur ram and n-bridge sink blowing as intake, and the other two as outputs. I know ur thinking u should have more intake, but there was this guide where they showed that the lower the air pressure the better the heat transfer, so more output is good apparently.

I personally find this hard to believe as more pressure is more particles and so i'd think there will be more "pieces" of air that get heated by contact with the heatsink.
only advantage i can think of underpressured is that it goes out where you want it to go out and in from every other possible route.

You have any idea where i canfind that guide ?

underpressured provides slightly faster more regulated airflow.
but seriously u will hardly notice the difference unless u have a magical air tight case anyway.

-Fan at the front should be an intake to blow onto the intake fan ontop of ur HSF

-Fans at the side shoudl exaught, warm air from ur HS pushed out sideways anyway, and ur graphica card will rpoduce alot of hot air.

-Fan at the bottom should intake, as its low down where the cool air will be, wont do alot other than kee ur gneral mobo temp down....but thats important too.

the box gona be quite tight, except maybe some hole above the hsf, and below hdd
the bottom fan is mainly for the hdd
so the side fans should exaught, and font and bottom should intake.
