Electronics help with "rheo baybus" you cant overload

    ok so im sure you guys have seen the article that explains how to make a rheo baybus that you cant overload, heres the link if you need it:

    anyways, i think i understand it pretty well, but i need some help on understanding how the fans are actually plugged in.

    i see that theres a + line going into the fans, but i dont see a -/grnd line going out. i plan on hooking up some male 3pin connectors for it and i cant figure that part out. thanks for your help in advance.

    Far right on my monitor. Connects to all fans used. :D

    so do you connect the gnd out line to all the headers too?
