    A much better attacking performance from England this game, albeit against a less strong team.

    Roonies 2nd was pretty good though.

    Hardly, if anything switzerland outplayed England until they lost a player, Switzerland just failed to finnish in the last 3rd, and England didnt really until they had the extra man due to a pointless sending off, the ref won that game for England!

    Switzerland were unlucky not to score after all the chances they created in the first hour.
    but... I guess a top class team would convert those chances. Thats what being champions is all about.

    god, not you again... why do you have to twist everything i say?
    I meant... the team who are gonna go on to be champions WHOEVER THAT MAY BE.. will need to capitalise on chances like that.
    i.e. the Swiss didnt play like champions. Nor did the English for that matter, but for different reasons.


    this is sooo gonna get closed in a minute
