hi! i have amd duron 1800. j want unlock it. my cpy have small layer of varnish. smb unlock dur 1800? haw i can dissolve varnish on cpu. i think scrape is`t good.
Do you mean unlocking the multiplier or the extra cache? If you want to unlock the multiplier and it's a fairly new CPU then i'm afraid you can't as all new AMD cpu's (week 39 or week 41 2003 onwards?) are superlocked meaning that there is no way of unlocking the multiplier. On chips that are not superlocked then most recent motherboards, (Via KT400 and Nforce2 onwards) then they will allow multiplier adjustments automatically.
