Hello fellow bit-tech members. I would like the opinion of you folks for the following. I have a birthday thats just around the corner, and like always my girlfriend takes me out for dinner and a present (how nice :baby: ). But this year instead of going to dinner at a fancy restaurant (if you peeps are ever in Los Angeles have a stake @ L.A. Prime in the Westin Bonaventure) :D :D .I was thinking maybe get a case an aluminum one.I love those things. Here is where you guys come in. Should I go for a Lian Li PC-65 a PC-V1000 or a Coolermaster Wave   . Please voice your opinions.

I would personally go with the Lian Li PC-65.
the reason why is pretty obvious.

I have one myself. I purely love it. No complaints whatsoever.
cant say anything about the others.

Its purely just a opinion... its what U prefer that counts...

    good luck

Have Lian-Li , loved it ever since but tbh I'm starting to look at coolermaster cases, look pretty good but i definately still prefer the innards of a lian-li, seem to have much higher build quality

PC65. Clean, simple, elegant, fantastic build quality, and if you're into modding, is the most blank canvas you'll get that also looks great as it is. The V1000 is just a G5 rip-off.

Personally I think coolermaster have lost the plot these days.

Wave Master. Loads of potential, high quality and beautiful to begin with. I'm just starting to mod mine.

Prefer Lian-li - Just wished they had 120mm fans as standard. I thought the coolermaster was part ali, part steel construction and Lian-li is all ali.

Well, Lian-Li is said to be the Rolls-Royce of computer cases... To my eye, the Lian-Li designs look better than virtually every other case out there and the build quality is apparently unrivalled, so that's the one I'd recommend.

if you can stretch to it get a Lian-Li V2000,

OR if you think you can pull it off with style
get a G5 case and mod that to fit your pc in it G5 cases retail at £350, so they aint cheap

    Coolermaster and Lian Li

I would say, they are both very good high quality cases. I respect them both. I own the wavemaster and love it. This case is strong, cools well, and is very apealing to the eye. When I bring the computer anywhere it always turns an eye. I must say I also Love Lian Li, they build some of the best cases and the construction is also extremely strong. I don't know if the Lian Li case has this feature, but I love how the Wavemaster has a pull out tray so that it makes for easier mounting of the systemboard or future upgrading.

    Thank You

Yea the lians' do, and the harddisk cage makes lians 10x easier to work with at the front too. I prefer the brushed alu look to the naff spray paint they shove over the CMs which insulated them.
