Modding Aluminum Box

Im looking for a Maplin style project box, at least 31cm x 25cm and about 2 inches deep, I don't think Maplin do one that big? Anyone got ideas or should I just make my own?

Kinda ugly, but should look clean as a case.

there just cheap aluminium boxes, there nothing special. One step up from a cardboard motherboard box
