Looking really nice so far. :)

The plastic and metal plate combination for the front panel looks promising, have you planned something like that for the top part of the panel also?

Anyway, keep up the good worl. :thumb:

Acid Burn, Thanks! I've seen your project and it looks very nice :)

Bugaloo, OMG!! :p Yes, i use blue lighted 120mm fans and two polish plates, one for the cdrom tray and other for cdrw tray. I can post here the design of the plates, but i need to do in PC because i do the original project in paper.

    EDIT:
The cd tray cover is something like that:

I went to Portugal last May. Not for the football, but for the cheap, good Vinho Verde and Grappa, the abundant fresh seafood and the fact that you can get a perfect Espresso anywhere for only 35p (learn, Starbucks!). Love that country! :thumb:

Oh, and your mod ain't bad either. :D

The case was very nice, but... at this time worst part of this modding comes...
It was them to me in the thursday and went to have a competition of modding here in Portugal. I decided to paint the acrylic of black on the inside, but he had a problem...

    Big **** :(

It only had Friday to arrange everything because Saturday the store were closed.
    * This was almost impossible mission :D *
Had I There more it my father in the Friday TO MAKE EVERYTHING NEW!

For return of the 8.40AM I arose myself and we were to buy the acrylic, of this time in black color therefore soon finished them with the problem them to me paintings.
Later we had + - since the 9.30AM until the 2.00PM to make all the punctures of new, but we had a problem... My father can't had access to the machine to make the punctures of fans of 120mm and of cdroms.
We come back to the house and we lunch, however we finish to lunch and what it is that we make?
We were to a company of cuts the leisure (UniLaser, very good company so I have to say well, the owner is very considerate and the work is very good). We were and the result in the end of this wild day is this:

In Saturday I decided to make some tests with the frontals for cdroms and rheobus

However I decided only to place the frontals of cdroms and to leave of rheobus for mounting. The box thus is prettier and clean in my opinion.
He seems impossivel, but I obtained to make this everything in two days although to have been laborious.

Now that it was time of the competition, I took the box and was displayed such as I go to show in the photos,
    [IMG]

    Here i am :D

They had been more or less 15 boxes for the competition, but in the end so they had had 5 winners.
I obtained the third place! It could have been better, but the jury found that I only deserved the third place :)

In link that I go to give they can see all the boxes that had participated in the competition -> http://www.ngmodders.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=15
If will be necessary use babelfish to translate of Portuguese for English ;)

I must have given many errors of writing, but as already it said the English is a language that I do not dominate very well :p
