humm, it was a bit of an ambiguos statment, I ment inrelation to multiple monitor gaming. Incedentally I have been using multiple monitors for years, photoshop and web development take on new meanings, hell even using the internet and having IRC up all the time is worth the effort.
I jsut added a toggle switch to the molex connection that powers the leds. Took a while to find the right one as there area few connectiosn that come out of 1 molex. It was (one of the few) a green lead however. I just soldered it on some 16 gauge insulated wire and put the switch in a drive bezel.
I dont have a digicam, so let me draw up some fantastic ascii art. [Winbox Monitor 1][Debian Linux Monitor 1][Winbox Monitor 2] [Winbox Monitor 3 / TV] Thats my setup. The linux monitor is in the middle because its a flatscreen and its just more aesthetically pleasing. Besides, I do a lot of webdesign work and gaming on my windows monitors, so having the linbox monitor in the middle makes it easy to get my attention via IM
hehe just remembered about htis site now if u want multi monitors and have thousands of dollars to waste cheack this out http://www.9xmedia.com/pages-Build_a_system/X-Top_Design_a_system-Configurations.html
Coooooooooooooooaaalalll.... My camera can do stuff like that. built right into it but yes... that would be sweet for gaming... would be better, having actual peripherial (sp?) vision
ya that stuff cost so damn much its not even right ig uess its really just for big buissness presentations but oh well i guess thats wut the lottery is for
hmmm to bad windows can only support 9 monitors tryin to set up a "chage" kinda like that i got 3 and im gunna have another one above those 3 angled in towards me... no pics camera broken
hey, some of you fellas have nice setups....and obviously lots of money, i was just wondering what sort of grahpics card(s) would be needed to get upto the 9 monitors that windows can support?
