Was there any actual need for that post? A lot of people find that, with EMGs, what you hear is the pickup rather than the guitar...leads to a rather 'clinical' sound... On the subject of Vintage - I've rocked out on a Vintage SG many a time and I love it...great tone, sustain is astonishing. Really nice to play. *n
