Modding Make Alu Box

    If I wanted to make a box out of aluminium to house some external watercooling stuff, how would I go about making the box ?

    I mean I can get the side panels cut to size etc. But how to make a strong framework to which to attach the sidepanels ?

    I suppose u can find those in the same place u buy the aluminium

    Why use that bulky channel? Just use aluminum angle and rivet it together. A friend of mine is building an aluminum mini ATX case and his aluminum angle frame is very solid, I wouldn't bother with that square channel.

    Got pics of what you mean ? I have no previous experience with this stuff, so seeing pics is essential for me to understand what you are talking about even if do have a vague idea.

    they mean L-channel things. there's a few projects that use them here actually. If i remember correctly, Jounge's is one of them.
