I happened to have *ahem* stumbled across a 240x128 graphical LCD display which uses the Toshiba T6963C chip.
Now Ive checked through the LCD FAQ, but it seems a little out-of-date, and was wondering what would be the best software to use on this display?

Ive looked at LCDC but it says it is mainly for MO displays, will it work on the Tosh? Ive also looked at LCD Studio, which definatley will work on the tosh, but the DL link is goosed.

Anyone who has any recomendations gets a.....erm....cookie :worried:

LCDInfo is probably your best bet. Granted, it's in beta right now, so you're either stuck with using the buggy designer not actually built by Henri, who coded LCDInfo, or coding the XML files in Notepad yourself.

LCDInfo is ok...but PowerLCD is made just for 240x128 screens using that controller chip.

    Check it out: http://www.powerlcd.com/

Try looking at LCDHype (www.lcdhype.de.vu) as it supports T6973c controllers at various screen sizes including yours. It is a German site but has an English section. I now use this for all my display work: see www.jahudson.net/LCDHype/help.html.

    Good luck with your project.

Hold it right there! How about LiQuiDMP3 for some funky mp3 action :D
    BTW LCDstudio is still available.
