Heard this this morning. Shocking news.

The man was an inspiration for all those paralysed. He NEVER gave up hope that one day he would walk again.

Now he is walking again. In heaven.

It is a shame, and it can't be good for Kerry's running either...

Didn't Superman die once and get resurected somehow (in the comics)? Episode 86 if I remember correctly (I used to be in charge of the comic books collection at work, had to child-proof all those bloddy things).

Very sad that he died before his dream could be realised. He will be sorely missed :waah:

Yeah, he was a Superhero in spirit, alright. At the brain injury rehab centre where I worked he was an inspiration to many patients. Few people could carry his plight with such dignity and genuineness.

Perhaps now he soars through the clouds.

1337modderman, having a maddox avatar and posting maddox links everywhere, does not make you maddox!!

That link was not needed for, yeah it was a funny article at the time, but the point is hes dead, he was a great actor, and even if you think hes selfish in doing stuff for that cause because he was paralised, he did stuff none the less, he has advanced science in that area and put alot of money/charity towards it to help other people, maybe he wanted to help himself too but none the less, any charity is charity, don't mock dead people, if you were a millionaire and wanted to walk again you would probably put a **** load of money towards the cause too, its not like he paid for research but wouldnt let anyone else use the findings he saught/achieved...

He was a good actor.. What else did he do besides superman really? He did alot I just checked but he really wasn't the "greatest" actor. I think he was a good person however and it is sad that he passes away.
