Motors techy number plates

    I just spotted "1 PHP" over at http://www.nngb.com/ for a whoppipng £16900.

    Found any other purchasable techy plates?

    Saw "FX53 CPU" on a car about the same time as it was red-hot. Think it was just co-incidence though, as it was near to the dealer's and it was a Kia Rio or something! :p

    Funny this thread should come up :)

    The other day i saw a car with the plate L33T xxx (x being random letters/number) which i thought was pretty cool :) Was an actual number plate too, not personalised!

    In the UK you have to buy number plates in the range 1-20, 22,33,44 etc, 111,222,333 etc. so L33Txx was a 'Personalised' plate

    I beg to differ slightly on that last statement My cars plate is L44 *** as issued on day of registration (definitly not personalised I got the car from my dad who owned it from new), I've also owned cars with 555 and 666 in the plate before personalised plates where available

    so a reg plate L33 T** is perfectly probable as a non personalised plate ,especially if its a 94/95 model

    i've spotted a plate for my car... suit's me actually "Y18 FEV"

    being 18 and all... being fev helps too!

    Ive seen one here in toronto that read: NCC 1701; it even had the star trek logo. altohugh thats not as techy as much as nerdy.
