    Hi,

Thats really nice of them! But a good thing too, because there is alot of competition in internet stores. So I can see that this is good way to keep their clients.

    Thanks for sharing that!

Yeppers that's why I only go to Newegg.com for my computer components. I have never had anything delivered late. Never had anything delivered wrong. Never had anything delivered broken. They own.

    congrats,

I got a £15 voucher off amazon earlier this week.

I ordered GTASA and the new slimline PS2 as a special package. The game arrived at my house on the day it was released, but the PS2 didnt arrive for another week. So (before the new PS2 arrived) I complained to Amazon saying that they are friggin stupid because they send me a game, but without a console to play it on, I ranted on about how stupid it was and asked them how to play the game without the console.

Few days later got an email reply with apologies and explanations for their 'stupidity', along with a £15 voucher.

Ahh i love it when customer service people just decide to give out codes instead of actually sorting the problem.

I liked them when I lived in Florida, I like them even better now that I'm so close - default fedex ground shipping gets to my place morning of the next business day! :D
