Not to be rude or anything, but...

...how can you judge it already, he is only 75% complet with the exterior.

Maybe you should wait and see what is going to happen over the next few articles. :naughty:

This is simply one of the best pieces of engineering I have seen in a long long time.

My hat is off to you sir, for this tireless and nothing less than exceptional piece of work.

    From:

    With a bit of: :dremel:

    Is nothing less than: :thumb:

    oh...the...attention...to...details

    :jawdrop:

I'm pretty sure this will out-do Orac by quite a bit... it's at least more my style anyways. Incredible work as always!

hmm shiny :thumb:, I personally think this project surpasses Orac, but again thats just because of my love for shiny things :hehe:

Keep up the (amazing) work, and I can say already that the polishing was worth it, its awesome!

    Good luck!

    It's not Aluminium - It's stainless steel :)

It would certainly be 'fun' getting it through customs :worried: . Some disposal robot would probably destroy it :duh:

well you could say the same for it being the other way around... well ok maybe its not gonna end up a disaster in the final 25 percent but you never know. What I ment by "not liking" it is that personally I prefer mods that look like they belong... kinda hard to explain. I liked the Orac because it looked like a computer case, ok its was a far out one but all that same you could instantly tell what it was. With WMD it looks like a bomb!! Which is great because thats exactly what G-nome wanted it to look like, and the workmanship on this thing is unbelievable! But its not just the style of mod I go for, of course if it was offered to me I know what i'd say :D

    Stainless steel

What a great start for a great mod. I have been wondering for a while what it should look like, and this surpasses all my funky thoughts. Again its well tought out (I really like the CAD drawings :D ) and perfectly detailed to the mm, the way I like it.

Because of my experience with stainless steel in my Hypercube, I have to tell you I'm really impressed what you did with this VERY VERY hard material. I had such a hard time to even get a nice straigth hole in it :)

Seeing the project log makes me want to start right away designing a new case, and I think it will inspire a lot of people to make their own dreamcase.

Congratz on a job and design well done, waiting behind my desk for a new update :sigh:

    greetz,

Kickass work once again, G-gnome. I am really looking forward to part two!

EDIT: That gray flat area is looking a little dull without a VFD there :D

How could I ever say this project looks dull in anything but a sarcastic tone? That is the most spectacular piece of engineering I have seen in ANY mod!
