Modding New project CONCEPTS

here are a few concepts, please tell me which ones you like best


blue circles are a fan controller
or

the blue "bar" is a resivour that is molded to the same curves as the front, the door cut down and another silver alu plate ontop.

Good window and I don't much care for either the fan controller or the res but if i had to choose i would choose the built in res

 

Tis only been 8 hours... sometimes things take time..

I would say I like the first one minus the ugly face thing, the fan controller knobs are kinda unique

The curvy res is a pretty neat idea too, but I think it would be an ultimate spot for a mini fish tank with a slight backlight

 

i think both could look really good if the finish was good enough interesting res idea tho hope u can pull that off,
am i right in thinking that the face in the first pic is an lcd screen with ur deskyop on it??

 

I'd definately have to agree that the fan controller idea is brilliant, but maybe you should mount the LCD in the side panel and do some sort of etch around it? Depends how practical that would be for you I suppose.

i would do one or the other concepts...

but the fan controller can be on either...

 

Sounds like a good little idea. Put them all together, add some beasty extras- give it a texture and you've got a nice case!

 

i think im gunna go with something like this... but with the door



ill probably start workin on this pretty soon as the res shouldnt cost too much... all i have to do then is find some one who will machine the "tombstone" and a person with a table saw for the door...
