So I decided that with everything so glossy I did not need the rubbing compound so I just buffed it till it was realy shinny and the finger prints etc were gone..... so here it is, the final pictures!!! no just kidding, this is a side from an old case I used to test the tape on and the spray mixing, I usially mess things up the first time I do them so I figured I would get that out of the way before I worked on the nice case lol anyway, I re assembled the case.... Mobo psu fan first... Put the cd drives in their little metal cage thing then installed all the drives, cables, etc in the case. lol then I booted it up to find out it still worked!! the best part of a mod, it working when you are done lol anyway here are the final pics, its a shame cameras screw up the gloss reflection because it looks soo nice in person Back, clean and edges taken care of And one last shot of the wonderful glossy finish mmmmmmm lol thats the side that i *messed up* leave some feed back, I will try n get a picture of her and the case when she comes over tomarrow to get it.
I found a picture of a normal 4100.... Before..................................................................After
Your girlfriend is gonna be a very happy girl/woman confused: )! Great paintjob and I like the Black/Red color scheme, that's pretty cool. I'd do that on my keyboard if I didn't have a white case
Dude. Kudos...That came out sweet. She's gonna love you man. Also I gotta say Nice choice of beer!!!! Man I wish I could have a Blue....(stupid American beer....) X-Canadian resident here
great job! you must like this girl a lot, i wouldnt give that to my girlfriend! well, i cant say that for sure because i dont have a girlfriend or a nice computer to give her, my life is so sad...
Look at his girlfriend, he should give her anything she wants. Very nice case, the paint came out awesome. (but the Dell logo should go!)
I gave Lynnette her computer today and she was speachless when she saw it. I don't think she expected to receive a computer and was very surprised to find windows and a few games she wanted installed on it. Here is a picture of her with her new computer. After she was able to regain her ability to speak, she told me "Is that just a case of is it a real computer?" "Holy **** I got a new computer!" *dances around room* So I think that this project had the desired effect.
Nice case! I like that glossy paint very much.. I did myself an flamecase as my first mod few years ago. It actually were quite close like this blue front and blue flames with black rest of case.. And oh allmost forgot to say, U have cute girlfriend
