Small Form Factor Motherboard Recommendation Needed

Hi I'm Building Myself a case from scratch and i don't want to put any PCI/AGP cards into it (mainly becuase i'm to lazy to cut the slots for them but also because the case will not have any room for them so what motherboard do people suggest I get it has to have the following :

1. Onboard Graphics

2. onboard Audio

3. Onboard Network Card/Connector

4. it also has to have a reasonable price

so any suggestions
