I love the thought of SLEEPER PC's ones that look like old shitters but are
    beasts inside

So heres my current rig and my fav mod of all :p and older mod.

Its also an old skool-P2-350 but this one is Gateway tower....

I found a bunch of these in a colex bin all in perfect condition with full hardware inside.

I loved the size shape/design and solidness of the case you can beat these old towers for build quality.

    It all begins somewhere!!!
As you can see shes Plane-Jane, but thats perfect as i wanted this to be a sleeper PC ... i have plenty of fully modded pcs to show off so i wanted a Sleeper PC to have fun with @ lans!!!
Guys! this was a quick MOD 3 hrs max to knock this up......

There she is boring old beig! nothing special to look at.

The best feature of the whole case if the large air duct area in the front! this can be opened up some more and will be perfect for 2 x consealed 120mm BIX extremes :)
Also a comparrison of the chassis after a full rub back modded and 2pack Silver metalic paint job.

All fans were rubber "O" ring mounted to stop vibration and case noise!

Next was to start on the front duel Rad installs.

Old denko were hacked apart and used for spaceres :eeek:

Floppy drive bay was binned to fit the duel setup

Had an old areogate laying around so thought i'd incorp it in as well.

not wanting to take away for the standard look i opted to graft it into on of the original facia panels.

YES!!! the original Intel PII sticker stays!!

The 2 top mounted 80mm alu evercools will need holes to breath thru as will the top T bleeder for the water setup! holes where cut and mesh was shaped to fit.

    Soz lang what part mate?

EDIT: you mean the bottem pic?

The external T bleeder for the water,

Because this is my main rig atm and i take it to lans etc, i didnt want to have to open the case to air or water bleed or fill, this was the best solution to get around this and always gets ppl's attention :)

Thanx mate :) yer like you, i stack em in the back of the garage till i get inspired,
I'm thinking with the second one i might give the panels a HPRESII type makeover and keep it just to interchange parts :D

Atm tho i cant see me touching this one! its hard to find them this old in such perfect condition.

EDIT: that current project of yours is looking awsome!!!

Nice, but I sorta dont like the fact that you used green plexy for a window. It sorta defeets the perpose of having green plexy on the drive bays/other. I would have gone with clear. Yes I know that you only had green but...Nice mod enywho, I like the way you piped it... but why did you die the water if your window is green. Now for a nice mod I would like someone to use painted uv pvc instead of flexable...ooo and if I could remember the other real cool loooking substance that would look so freaking awsome I would tell you.

How have you secured the mesh vents on the top? Just hot glued?

Nice sleeper. I agree on the comment about the green window though.
