    hey Friends ,

    i got a telephone circuit from the net but it has a component which i don't understand what is it .

    here's the photo for the circuit Diagram so if you please tell me what the "Piezo cermic Element" mean ...

    The "piezo cerAmic element" is a small speaker, like the "internal speaker" on most modems...

    It is most likely a piezo speaker for the telephone ring tone.

    so if i bought any type of it , so there's no differance !! .... or will it effect the circuit

    You want one that doesn't say it works on a DC supply. Just the transducer with no built-in oscillator, like the top two groups here.

    The ones in a plastic holder are easier to fit, the bare ones can be got from some musical birthday cards and novelties.

    And please don't hot-link to somebody else's bandwidth, changing to link. :eyebrow:
