Modding clear blowhole trim?

    Anyone know if there is such a thing, if so where? black aint no good for what i've got in mind so its got to be clear...

    idea for you

    Go to your nearest hardware store and buy some small diameter clear tubing, then just run an x-acto knife down the side of it.

    Cut it with a dremel and use a flapweel to finish it off

    The clear trim kustom sell is the large trim used for mounting a window, not what i'm after or a file as i wont be using it on a pc case at all. I plan on using some clear trim if i could get some on the bodyshell of an rc car.

    The 1/12th circuit cars are really bad for cutting/chunking the foams tyres during a collision as the bodyshell digs in to the foam which is spinning at a great speed. Now a nice soft dull edge like a bit blowhole trim should solve that problem but bit black arch's on the car would look to clever, hence the need for clear.

    They make car door trim that is clear. It's with all the other door trim at your local car parts store.

    try using clear fuel tubing. Just run a knife down the side. Since its for a r/c car i'm sure your lhs would have it.

    I race 1/10 offroad.
