usplastics.com has plenty of weld on, buy the smallest container you can though. I ordered the 1 pint can, and i think i could glue the whole empire state building with it. Seriously, every joint takes a couple of drops.

you want to be careful, when you mount the psu make sure to have extra supports so that if the mounts on the side fall off it will not go crashing onto the mobo!

Did you key the surface before adding the glue? - you know, rough it up with sandpaper.

Try to attach your PSU like ZapWizard did. (see thread http://forums.bit-tech.net/showpost.php?p=372067&postcount=300 )
Hope that will work for you.
Keep up the good work! :thumb: :thumb:

Not in Canada :-( They havnt even heard of the stuff. And the shitty thing is that if I wanna order it online, its got to be shipped ground. Option 1: USPS. 8-10 weeks. Option 2: UPS. Customs rape.

However, I discovered the sign is made out of "PP" (5) Polypropelyne or something. Which, is the plastic used when nothing is supposed to stick to it.

Will do. 4 brackets, each with 4 wood screws, held into a plate with a square foot of contact area with the sign. That, and thick plexiglass. (The thin stuff I was using shattered on the "drop test".

Tried.. everything from 30 grit all the way to 600 grit.

Unfortunately, my 10 year old table saw is in the garage, its -20c outside and wont quit snowing. Theres a nice, big, pile of snow between the front of the garage and the front door of the house.. So bringing the table saw inside is out of the question for now. It'll clear up in a day or two... However, I started another project outside involving snow. Pics, soon :)

    Thanks everyone!

    Time for an update, no?

I'm writing this at 6am from a lan party, because I cant sleep thanks to this guys 120000000dba fan. *sigh*

So, this is where the "prototype" part of the project branches off. The sign itself and the wood are not the final peices, the plexi is. It's just to make sure it's all going to work.

Now.. my photo host is down.. So I'll upload some progress pics soon.

Im entering my case into the case mod competition tomorrow, hope I win. (Lian-Li p60)

Sweet design. I love original ideas. I would definitely try melting the plastic (either chemically or with heat) to stick stuff to it. Any plastics store should be able to help.

Keep up the good work. I love it!!
