Windows the cd command in DOS isnt working...

    this is annoying... Im trying to run a dos game (lemmings 3D) but when I open a dos cmd prompt, and type 'cd D:' to change directory to the cd drive it just says D:\ below then moves onto the next line with the original 'C:\Documents and settings....'

    whats going on here? :( can anyone help me?

    Yes, what you are doing is wrong. To change to D just type D:

    4DOS, the souped-up alternative to command.com in the good old DOS days, had a 'cdd' command, change to a directory on the specified drive. :hip:
