Modding finishing touches?

hi all,

well ive cut a window into my case and it all looks good, the only thing is i need to ?sand? it down, to get a better finish, at the moment some pieces are still sharp.

A problem is that where ive used the jigsaw there are bits of metal on the other side, and i dont want to damage the paint job.

i didnt really follow you, but dremel would be great, if I understood right...

 

you'd be better off with a hand file.
and then re-painting it tbh.

 

Just sand it and file it and dremel it.

 

guess ill just have to sand it till its nice n smooth
