I recently went to the phrack home page when to my horror a post said that their next issue will be their last, , i can't belive it, the hacking legand is dieing. ps. does anyone know who to download the phrack archives?
It's a hacker magazine Froggy, very famous. It's going to be kept alive by the community though (or something like that).

Not really just how to hack persay... but things having to do with networks, security, and holes. But yeah theres some articles that just... how to do different things. Most of the how to hack xxx things are old and out dated though. Like the article "Accessing Government Computers", in issue 17, is from 1988. So a lot of things are outdated and have no real use value... but they definitly are fun reads and you can learn a lot from them!
Yes they do in a manner of speaking. If you request them at your local borders sometimes they will get a few issues. They are hard to notice when they do you gotta slip in find the hidden copies and grab one. Borders from my experience has never had an issue of Phrak, but they have carried... 2600 Blacklisted 411 and sometimes another one I cant remember the name of the mag. They are small and like 5 bucks an issue just like they are per issue.
