Thanks a lot Leeum I might do it for the overall looks, but it isn't necessary because those tubes won't come off unless i pull has hard as I can. hehe that's right. but it won't be visible because of the door. I don't really see why i should do that? because the way I have it now, both of the hdd's get the same temp on the water.. and since the diameter inside the block is 1/4" and I am using 3/8", they they won't slow down the flow too much. Btw. My temps are (idle): cpu 24, NB 25, hdds 29-31 (they are wrapped in noise dampening mats). I don't know the temp on the gfx card, because i can't get the temp probe inside the square surounding the core.
when i have the opportunity, yes but it will be a pain in my rectum to drag this monster to a lan party, because of it's amazingly heavy weight.
try my fileserver and with the transport of your pc i would make sure the connections are sturdy so i feel save and about the hard disks: if one hard disk block becomes a bit dirty the flow of that block wil decrease and the other block wil get more flow and if you put both blocks in 1 flow you get a higher flow through the blocks and lesser change for dirt it gives a save feeling i think
i like the mess of cables because they're all the same good color. i'd keep them. and anyways, they remind me of vines, and vines remind me of swamps, and swamps remind me of the dragon in eastern countries which doesn't symbolize greed, but virility and life. nice job acid, can't wait for the final product -agent
man thats cool... and green good luck clocking it up I like the waterblock fro the graphics card too.. might get the one for 9800 cards myself
hahahaha great line of thought there agent Kamikaze: I hope not to get too much dirt into my water Sverdfisk: Yeah I really reaally want to go to TG05! but then my parents would have to drive to norway, and we are planning to stay in belgium during easter. but like I said earlier; I will definately go to one of the big lan parties in norway, with this case. Because i want to se how i come out compared to the other modders in norway. there are some really really skilled ones! Thanks autoexec. I hope I will manage to clock it a bit more (did some clocking a few hours ago, but after 165x14 it got unstable). I'll try some other combinations. I don't know i i have time to finish the case tomorrow... since I have to study for my theory test for my drivig lisence (which is on tuesday). but when I do, there will be a few money shots
I seam to have mixed up a few different threads, I was talking about another case, see how bad multiple monitors are!
Acid: I guess you allready frequent the Overklokking.no forums, but in case you don't you should check out the worklogs there. "Snekker'n" and a couple of others make great mods!
Damn, that's real scarey how different the case looks now. Good work! Although the waterlines & powercables do look fine, it's all a bit too busy for me. Still, top notch work buddy!
thanks a lot, all of you I will try to tidy it up as much as i can. I think I'll do the wireing today. i got time now since i'm finished with the theory exam for my driving lisence (i passed). yeah sverdfisk, I've been there many times snekkern is great! so.. if i finish the wiring tonight, i'll post the money shots tonight or maybe tomorrow (relax leeum, you'll get them first anyway )
thanks derelict (I love "zoolander" btw!!) Major delay! i had a lot of trouble booting up after I installed the light etc. before my project is finished. i found the problem, which is a defect gfx card! my Sapphire x800 pro simply died! I didn't even touch it, nor do anything to the power cable attached to it. I will have to send it back.. wich will take quite some time.. so I won't post the final updates untill i get a new one back. (which might take a while). That's just my kind of luck.. so.. the last pics will be uploaded later... sorry guys..
