I just drew up the symbols in Sketchup actually.

It's just sitting on my coffee table at the moment.

Here's my progress on the legs:

I bought four 1m long 13mm thick aluminum tube, and bent them in a vice. These are to be attached to the aluminum L pieces to the right.

Here's how it looks after I have drilled and tapped two of the holes.

And here's how the finished legs look. I haven't screwed them to the table yet, though.

That's precisely what i was about to ask... there's nothing more annoying than a wobbly table. ;)

Actually, they are all equal (I'm just as surprised as you :p ). I bent the aluminum before I cut them at equal lengths, and that made it quite easy getting equal pieces.

Nice job on the legs. I now see why you didn't want store bought legs.

I have started the assembly today. Here's a picture of how it looks with the brackets for optical drive, HDD bracket, motherboard tray and backplate.

The plexi brakets for the optical drives also serve as mounting points for the power and eject switches. You can also see the LEDs which will be lighting up the buttons.

And here's a pic of how it looks with the legs mounted:

I think I have to get the legs welded as well, as the table is sort of flimsy with just the screws holding the legs in place. The legs are all at the right length, though :)

nice modding but don't you need more holes for a better airflow inside ?

Silenced; I'm not sure how this case will affect the system temperatures, but I will find out when I put some hardware in it.. I will have only one fan sucking air in and one blowing out (in addition to two PSU fans blowing out). The top is just made out of plexi, and I expect some heat to disperse there too. I'll keep you updated on the temperatures.

About the strength of the legs; those legs are more than strong enough to support the case and whatever I put on top of it. I do, however, have to anchor them a bit better to the table.
