    OCable = Overclockable

    The Ultra-D doesn't have SLI (the DFI LanParty nF4 SLi-D does), but if you get hold of an SLI bridge then you can mod it to... but i won't go into details.

    And with that DFI motherboard and XMS ram, you should be able to crank it for all it's got.

    Before we bugger his OC guys, Winchester is the new 90nm and Newcastle is the old 130nm.

    Don't want to see you limited by the wrong chip...

    It's the other way round, Winnys are newer and 90nm, Newcastles are older and 130nm

    EDIT: Kayin got there first :thumb:

    Sounds like fun :baby:

    Seriously though, i would go with the suggested setup, although if overclocking (you are watercooling i see) you should consider getting a 3200+.

    thought id throw in my suggestions. firstly about the psu. someone sugested the antec neopower 480w where u plug the cables in the back. this is an awesome psu that is very very stable and very powerful. dont be put off by the 480w, it will handle anything u throw at it!! its running my comp right now.
    CPU wise.... i think everyone will agree AMD is the future!!! for many reasons but microsoft have recently said that their not going to research into more powerfull chips but rather work on the cpus theyve already got on the market. mainly due to the fact that they cant keep up with AMDs performance, especially when windows 64 bit will come out. that will be the final nail into P4s coffin!!
    graphics wise i would always go for ATI. this is where ur budget could get stiff. depending on what u require AGP or PCI-express. pci-express would be better for future upgrades. i wouldnt worry bout the sli technology. my comp is running the new x800 chip and it eats anything ive mustered to throw at it with ease. especially with the new drivers. pci-express+sli technology+256mb onboard-ram (gaming purpose)= expensive graphics card!!! so youll have to find a mid way.
    enjoy ur new comp....

    Winchester, .1 lower Vcore, cooler running, and higher overclockability. The 90nm fab is just like that.
