Thanks Ive wanted to see this for a while, but havent heard much about it and wasnt sure if it was gonna be worth the rental.... think Ill take a look now though
It's funny as hell. I just got done watching the DVD last night. If you're going to see it, you have to see the DVD because there's like 2 hours of commentary and deleted scenes on the second DVD.
it's great As long as you have *that* kind of sense of humor. It's one of those films you're either going to absolutely fall in love with, or hate with a passion. If you enjoy watching dumb people screw up a lot and make asses out of themselves, I highly reco. it (I loved it, I know soo many stoners and these two are like putting them all into two characters, and letting them loose into the world...haha). So as long as you've got the sense of humor for it, you're going to adore it.
i thought it was funny, but more for everyone else in the film, then jay and silent bob themselve's...good movie overall
it was wink! i fast forwarded to the good bits with the ladies and watched that and that was it. Kna - has your sence of humor gone merkin?
I have a wide and varied sense of humour.. I can laugh at classic british comedy, as well as purile arse and poo jokes. I'm a man of the people.
LOL watch them all... Clerks, Mallrats, Chasing Amy, Dogma and Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back... watch them in that order, all in a row and the entire View Askew scheme will make sense...
Have done - just need to watch JASBSB to round it off. My mates Chasing Amy DVD had a neat guide to the whole 'View Askew-verse' in it....
I belive that it was one the worst movies ever made. That said I also think it was one of the funniest GD movies I've ever seen. A few of the jokes are from the Clerks Animated Series that is absoultely fabulous. The Animated stuff goes just after DOMGA in the lineup. It's all great stuff.
